Legal & trust

Three documents govern how we work: what we do with your information, what our coordination service does and does not cover, and the limits of the medical information published on this site.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what you choose to send us: your name, contact details, country of residence, and the medical records or reports you upload for an assessment.

We use that information to judge whether your case can be handled, to shortlist hospitals and departments, and to arrange appointments, interpretation and travel.

  • We share the minimum necessary with the hospital, department or physician delivering your care, and with interpretation or travel partners involved in your trip.
  • We do not sell your data and do not use medical information for advertising.
  • We keep records only as long as your enquiry or ongoing care requires, then delete or anonymise them.
  • You may ask us to correct, export or delete your records at any time by writing to [email protected].

Cookies on this site are limited to basic functionality and anonymous traffic measurement. We do not run advertising trackers.

Terms of Service

YuAn Pro is a medical travel coordination service based in Shanghai. We arrange document preparation, appointments, medical interpretation and logistics. We are not a hospital or clinic, and we do not diagnose, prescribe or treat.

  • Coordination fees are stated in your written quotation before any payment. Hospital charges are billed by the hospital at local rates and may change without notice.
  • Schedules depend on hospital availability, physician rosters, visa processing and flights. If something changes we tell you promptly and help rearrange.
  • Treatment decisions and outcomes rest with the hospital, the treating physician and you. We make no promise of results and cannot guarantee an appointment with a named specialist.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and not to submit another person's records without their consent.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are settled through negotiation first.

Medical Disclaimer

Content on this site explains conditions, treatment options and processes. It is general information, not medical advice, and cannot replace an in-person consultation with a licensed physician.

  • Any treatment decision should be made with a physician who has reviewed your own records. Costs and timelines shown are estimates; individual outcomes vary widely.
  • In an emergency, or if symptoms worsen quickly, contact your local emergency service or the nearest hospital immediately. Do not wait for an online reply.
  • If you are considering Chinese medicine or integrative care, tell your treating oncologist so that it does not conflict with treatment already underway.
  • Nothing on this site constitutes a promise of cure, survival or a specific clinical outcome.
